After several years of intensive developments and a close working relationship with the Boeing Company, Metrologic Group is pleased to announce the initial delivery of the Metrologic V5 Inspection Solution to the 787 Program.  This significant initial software license purchase confirms the commitment of the Boeing Company on the ongoing implementation of the Metrologic V5 Inspection Solution as part of its integrated Product Life Cycle Management Solution.

The Metrologic V5 Inspection Solution is based on two main components: Metrolog V5 for online operations and Silma V5 for offline process authoring and simulation.   The Metrologic solution is the only embedded inspection suite available inside Catia V5 leveraging a single source of authoritative data to communicate design intent for the purpose of measurement and analysis, which is available throughout the product lifecycle.
