Following the needs of Automotive Industry in the Gap's measuring field, QLS - Industrial Metrology developed the GAP GAUGE, a quick tool that allows all users an easy Gaps check. This is the rigth tool for audit on production line. 

Due to its competitive cost, it is now possible to give one Gap Gauge to operators on the production line, as well as to quality and assembly engineers. In each assembly operator it's possible to have quality controler.

 

 

Gap Gauge purpose is to check the gaps on the parts during the assembly. It was developed according to ergonomics demands and it's very easy to use. This is the rigth tool for audit and investigations.
